New bridging lender Momentus Capital officially launches

With more than 15 years of experience in private banking and specialist finance, Dani has delivered more than £500m in loans over the past decade.

Backed by multiple funding lines — including a recently secured £100m facility — Dani aims to position Momentus Capital as a go-to provider for fast, flexible, and reliable bridging finance.

The new lender will offer bespoke short-term property loans to support time-sensitive acquisitions and developments, from the purchase of commercial sites to the enhancement of residential portfolios.

Officially launched on 1st July 2025, the lender is targeting over £250m in loan origination in its first year and is actively working with a growing network of UK-based property investors and developers.
