This year’s Highly Commended Bridging Newcomer has launched a brand new website, in line with its substantial growth in the sector over the past year.

Heritage Commercial Finance, based in Hull, has grown extensively since its launch in May 2012, a period which even included a rebranding back in August last year, after an influx of broker interest in bridging and development finance.

The family-run outfit, which splits its business 50/50 in intermediary and direct business, has now launched a new website - boasting an in-depth synopsis of what the Company can offer in each avenue of finance.

Although Heritage originated as asset finance providers and began lending in 1972 to fund the Heritage Group’s requirements for vehicles, land and asset acquisitions, it soon broadened its scope in order to help provide a wider range of clients with asset finance, before breaking into the bridging industry more recently. 

Heritage provide bridging finance up to £650,000, on deals of up to 12 months with a 70 per cent on open market value and most importantly – same day principle decisions.

This year’s Highly Commended for Best Bridging Newcomer can provide finance on a national scale, despite capitalising on the increase in development in the local area.

Being a self-funded lender, Heritage has quickly become synonymous for being able to make both quick decisions and an unprecedented level of service – through the use of its in-house surveying team.

Speaking on the launch of the website, and business in general over the past year, Alison Lee, who runs the family business in conjunction with her brother, said: “We are very keen to increase our presence in the broker community and maintain the relationships we have created over the past year.

“As a self-funded lender, we can provide quick and honest decisions on deals and importantly, we have an excellent legal team who can ensure the efficiency of everything we work on”

The new website marks another step in the process of creating a reputable brand, with 20 per cent of business already coming from repeat customers; Heritage is now making an active effort to reach out to the broker community.
