Dyan has 35 years of experience in the property and banking sector and will work alongside senior underwriter Phil Gould and principal Amit Majithia at Avamore.

She joins from BLG Development Finance, where she was credit operations director.

Avamore has more than doubled its headcount over the past 18 months, with the team now comprising 16 members of staff.

“We are incredibly excited to have Dyan join the team; she is bringing a huge amount of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the business,” said Amit.
