Hodge and Time Finance have welcomed new BDMs to their teams.

Hodge

Hodge has appointed Hema Patel (pictured above) as a business development manager for the north of England and Scotland.

In her new role, she will support brokers in these areas with products and applications, as well as educate them on the market and opportunities within it.

Before joining Hodge, Hema worked in various roles at Key Group, including as a BDM for More2Life and Key Partnerships for over 13 years.

Commenting on her appointment, Hema said: “Hodge’s reputation as a responsible and innovative lender attracted me to the role, as well as knowing that I would be working with an experienced and knowledgeable team.

“I can’t wait to really make a difference to brokers in the north of England and Scotland and introduce those new to the bank to all that Hodge has to offer.”

Emma Graham, business development director at Hodge, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Hema to the team.

“She brings with her not only a wealth of experience, but also enthusiasm and determination to support brokers in the specialist mortgage space.

“It’s an exciting time to be at Hodge and I’m so pleased Hema is here to strengthen the team and help us reach our ambitious targets for 2022.”

Time Finance

Time Finance has appointed Jake Bebbington as a BDM.

In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding Time Finance’s secured and unsecured commercial loan offerings alongside the Government-backed Recovery Loan Scheme, for which it was accredited as a lending partner.

Jake, who has over 10 years of experience working in this sector, joins the company from Leasing Options, where he was an account manager.

Prior to this, he worked as a BDM at Close Brothers.

“It’s an exciting time to be joining Time Finance; there's definite momentum in the market with investment high on the agenda and many business owners looking for cashflow funding solutions to help capitalise on new opportunities,” said Jake.

“Stepping up to this new role presents a great opportunity to drive support through our commercial loan offering.”

Sharon Bryden, director of commercial loans and asset-based lending at Time Finance, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Jake to Time Finance as we continue to expand our team and bring great talent into the business.

“He will undoubtedly be a great addition and support us in our efforts to help more businesses bring their growth plans to life.”
