FIBA and the ASTL have made new additions to their specialist panels.

FIBA

FIBA has added Ascot Bridging to its lender panel.

Ascot Bridging Finance is a family-run and privately funded bridging lender which offers first-charge bridging from under £40,000 for both purchases and refinance for non-owner-occupied residential properties.

Adam Tyler, executive chairman at FIBA, said: “Ascot Bridging is a forward-thinking business, tuned in to the needs of a wide section of the short-term lending market in which our members work.

“Its principals are hugely knowledgeable and have their own experiences working directly with customers which, when allied with their desire to build relationships with advisers and focus to provide the best service for their client, makes Ascot Bridging another very attractive proposition for the members at FIBA.”

Kevin Gibson, operations director at Ascot Bridging, added: “Becoming a member of FIBA as a trade association is a milestone for us as we look to broaden our broker relationships.

“One of our business goals is to be a unique bridging financier offering a transparent, diligent and a fast experience to all FIBA members.”

ASTL

The ASTL has added Strettons as an associate member to its panel.

The independent property advisory firm offers advice to buyers, owners, occupiers, investors and developers on matters concerning commercial and residential properties.

Its core teams cover agency, property auctions, property and asset management, and valuation and advisory services.

Paul Joseph, director at Strettons, said: “Our history and experience equip us to deal with a broad range of unique properties and offer a comprehensive set of services to clients.

“The Strettons brand is well established and well known for quality of service, and so we are pleased to join the ASTL which is at the forefront of promoting high standards in the short-term lending market.”

Vic Jannels, CEO at the ASTL, added: “I am really pleased to welcome Strettons as the latest professional organisation to become an associate member of the ASTL.

“Our growing membership reflects the increasing number of like-minded businesses that want to demonstrate a commitment to high standards and focus on the end customer.

“This is helping to grow the reputation of the short-term lending sector and build a larger market for all of our members, associate members and intermediaries in the process.”
