Marc joins the nationwide, specialist finance brokerage from lender InterBay Commercial, where he worked for over five years, holding the role of strategic account manager.
Before that, he was head of business development at brokerage Finance 4 Business, where Dave Fathers, head of bridging and development at FinSpace, also previously worked.
“This appointment will add further weight to our bridging and development team, plus with his wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial mortgage sector, he will be helping the company achieve our goals in this space moving forward,” commented Dave.
“We have known Marc for many years and have tremendous respect for him.
“We are very much looking forward to working with him.”
Marc said that he was delighted to have the opportunity to work with FinSpace as they had a professional and knowledgeable team and were “very well respected by the lenders they work with”.
