Central Bridging has joined the Knowledge Bank platform with immediate effect.

The bridging lender’s short-term business loan proposition will now be available on the system, which currently has more than 200 lenders on board.

“Our roster of bridging lenders goes from strength to strength and so we are delighted to welcome Central Bridging on to the system,” said Nicola Firth, founder and CEO at Knowledge Bank (pictured above).

“…We are witnessing many new brokers subscribing who are seeking to write more bridging cases.”

John Clifford, managing director at Central Bridging, added: “We are delighted to announce this new partnership with Knowledge Bank.

“As a successful lender of over 10 years standing, we look forward to working with the Knowledge Bank team and together introducing our unique products and service proposition to the platforms fast-growing army of fans.”

Last year, Central Bridging announced the introduction of a new luxury asset-backed bridging offering and also secured new funding lines which allowed it to provide loans from £5m–50m in a single transaction.
