The partnership will enable Connect Mortgages’ clients to access MFS’ full range of bridging products and services, including bespoke bridging loan packages starting from £100,000.
This partnership will also offer access to bridging loans for international investors interested in UK property.
The lender’s new arrangement with Connect Mortgages is part of its long-term strategy to grow the number of brokers and professional clients who are able to access its financial products.
