It now provides rates for loans up to £5m, an increase from £3m previously.
Loans from £5m–15m will be priced on application.
For deals between £500,000 and £5m, rates start at 3.78% for two-year fixed and 4.09% for five-year fixed.
In addition, the semi-commercial offering has been extended to include properties where the residential value is at least 50% of the value of the whole property.
Previously, residential value had to be at least 60% to be admissible.

Last year, HTB’s specialist mortgages division reduced its minimum loan size from £200,000 to £100,000.
In addition, the specialist bank has implemented e-signatures for its mortgages to enable borrowers to quickly and easily e-sign and return their offers using mobiles, tablets and desktops.
