Together provides funding for £2.75m wedding venue set for renovation

The owners of a £2.75m wedding venue have announced major expansion plans after purchasing the property last year with the help of Together.

Business partners Samantha Gilchrist, Stuart Guy and Natasha Cronin are looking to refurbish the 300-year-old Crowcombe Court in Somerset, including a new bridal suite, an outdoor ceremony space and a ‘getting ready room’.

The owners received a £1.35m bridging loan from Together last year after their initial finance provider pulled out of the deal.

Andrew Fouli, corporate relationship director at Together, said: “We looked at the buyers’ backgrounds, their success in running another large wedding venue and their plans for the future.

“We were happy to fund the deal on that basis and look forward to building a strong successful relationship with the client.”
