Hammad Abbasi has been recruited as case manager, while Nikki Baines has joined as operations manager.

Hammad recently graduated from Richmond University with a degree in business management and finance.
Nikki has previously worked as a sales and marketing manager and BDM selling software as a service (SAAS).
Simon Das, managing director at 978 Bridging (pictured above), said: “It’s been a fantastic year.
“Business is booming and I’m really excited to bring in two new team members in recent months.”
Hammad added: “I’m really enjoying working at 978 Bridging so far.

“I absolutely love a challenge and am looking forward to what the coming months may bring.”
Nikki concluded: “I’m very excited to be working for 978 Bridging as I have always been interested in property.
“I’m learning more and more about the property industry as each day passes and feel passionate about helping to grow this fantastic company.”
