Fusion Funding enters commercial property debt brokerage market

Fusion Funding has entered the commercial property debt sourcing and advisory market.

The full-service debt brokerage has more than 150 banks and funders on its panel and works with a wide variety of lenders.

Fusion specialises in arranging finance for the real estate investment market in the UK and Europe — including retail, offices, mixed use, industrial, residential portfolios, hotels, student accommodation and development — with the emphasis on loans from £500,000-plus.

“We are bringing a fresh and progressive approach to the debt brokerage market and the company prides itself on providing the highest degree of personal service to its clients,” said Alex Haffner, founder of Fusion Funding (pictured above).

“We work closely with the client to fully understand key funding requirements across their portfolios and engage with the broadest range of lenders ensuring that we can facilitate funding for even the most ambitious investments and development projects.”

In addition, Fusion provides strategic analysis of gearing, debt maturity and funding structures, modelling and stress testing to determine required equity, and negotiating pricing and covenants.

Alex added that Fusion’s ethos was to offer an honest and transparent service.

“In the short period since its inception, Fusion has already secured over £30m of funding on behalf of clients, including complex development finance for a substantial PDR conversion in the South and senior and mezzanine finance for a large portfolio of convenience stores spread across England and Wales,” he added.
