Avamore Capital has expanded its origination team with the appointment of Andreas Yianni (pictured above) as its second relationship manager.

Andreas joins from Century Capital — where he served as a BDM — and will work alongside Chris Treadwell in the specialist lender’s origination team.

They will both sit on the lender’s daily credit committee to maintain an understanding of Avamore’s policy and processes.

Andreas said: “I am looking forward to adding further value to my existing contact base through Avamore’s development lending offering; a product like the finish and exit is especially useful against the current economic backdrop and I am incredibly excited to present a solution like this to support the market.

“In addition, I will be drawing upon my broking background to help build new relationships by demonstrating that I have a clear understanding of frequent broker pain points.

“It is extremely important to me that I provide exceptional service to all of our intermediaries and I am looking forward to working with the market to tackle some of the current challenges it faces.”

Andreas started his career in private banking, before moving into both broking and lending.

He held roles at Largemortgageloans.com and Enness, before moving into origination at both Smart Pension and Century Capital.

Nikolay Petkov, principal at Avamore, stated that Andreas’ strong broking and lending experience and his approach reflected the ethos of Avamore.

“As we grow, it is important that we continue to remain committed to relationship-focused lending and stay true to our founding values; we have no doubt that Andreas will be adding a huge amount of value to the business through his professionalism and personable approach along with his detailed knowledge of the market.

“We look forward to seeing Andreas making a crucial impact on Avamore’s development.”
