The bridging lender is now based on New Bond Street and, with further rapid expansion planned, felt that the move was imperative to facilitate growth.
Lendhub wanted to offer a central work environment, while taking the opportunity to move closer to where a lot of its brokers and clients operate.
The new location gives it room to quadruple in size.
