The appointments form part of BFS’s long-term expansion and growth strategy, which has seen the lender increase turnover by 30% year-on-year.
Nicola — who brings 20 years of experience in the finance and bridging industries — will form part of the underwriting team and work predominately in the residential arm of the business.
Becky, a former loans manager, will cover the west of the country from Cumbria down to south Wales and use her loan management and underwriting experience to enhance the customer journey.

Ex-broker Steve — who is based in Yorkshire — will operate across the east of the country, and utilise and strengthen existing developer-led contacts.
Steve Barber, managing director at Bridging Finance Solutions, said: “It’s great to welcome three brilliant new members to our growing team.
