Lending in Scotland was the most performed bridging criteria search on the Knowledge Bank platform during October.
Searches for adverse credit, below market value purchases, lending up to 100% of purchase price and lending to limited companies made up the rest of the bridging top five, according to Knowledge Bank’s criteria activity tracker for October.
In terms of the most searched for commercial finance criteria, commercial investment mortgages topped the list, followed by maximum LTV.
Maximum LTV for commercial investment, semi-commercial properties and minimum borrowing/loan amount also featured in the top five.
