Landbay partners with Julian Harris Adviser Network

Landbay has announced a new partnership with the Julian Harris Adviser Network.

The partnership will offer Julian Harris’s intermediaries access to a range of products, including those aimed at portfolio landlords, HMOs, MUFBs, first-time landlords, limited companies and new-build properties.

These brokers will also have access to the specialist lender’s online intermediary portal, which includes case tracking features and a property portfolio key.

Paul Brett, managing director of intermediaries at Landbay (pictured above), said that it was excited to start working with Julian Harris Adviser Network and to open up its expertise to their strong network of brokers.

“This is part of our dedication to fill the gap for those who feel they aren’t getting the necessary support from some of the mainstream lenders in the new world of buy-to-let.”

Julian Harris, owner at Julian Harris Adviser Network, added: “Our core ethos at Julian Harris Adviser Network is to help our members give the best advice around the most suitable products selected from the whole marketplace.

“We are always open to new, innovative and diverse options, including these cost-efficient, flexible buy-to-let mortgages from Landbay.”

Earlier this month, Landbay announced that it had increased its maximum loan size from £1m to £1.5m.
