Glenhawk redesigns website to streamline application process

Glenhawk has redesigned its website as it looks to streamline its application process for both direct borrowers and intermediaries.

The bridging lender, which launched in January, has made the changes following feedback from its clients, who wanted a straightforward offering.

As a result, Glenhawk has made a point of highlighting its USPs, such as no admin, exit or extension fees upfront, to ensure transparency throughout the customer experience.

The lender has also made sure that users are able to see its clear product range.

Meanwhile, a new dedicated enquiry section for introducers has been created.

“We have been astounded at the positive response we have had to our offering in the market, building a brand new website within a year of launching reflects this,” said Guy Harrington, CEO at Glenhawk (pictured above).

“We have been driven by our forward-thinking approach, redesigning our web experience with our existing and new [prospective] clients in mind.”
