Signature hires BDM for South and South East

Signature Private Finance has appointed Jason Fantini (pictured above) as its business development manager for the South and South East.

Jason joins the principal lender from the BridgeCrowd and brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the short-term property finance market.

“I’m excited to join Signature at a time when the brand is attracting the interest its service and rates deserve,” said Jason.

“No matter the circumstances, Signature has built a reputation for doing all it can to help clients secure the funds needed to expand portfolios and develop properties.”

Tony Gilbertson, CEO at Signature, said Jason was a great asset and would not only allow it to sustain its recent growth, but ensure it had the contacts and resources to achieve its goals.

“We have grown our business and team in a relatively short period of time, becoming the short-term property finance funder of choice.

“The future looks good, given the growing optimism in the market among property professionals – most of whom can expect a call in the coming months.”
