Bridging Loan Hub partners with Brightstar

Bridging Loan Hub has secured a partnership with Brightstar Financial which will see it generate enquiries that are reviewed by the specialist master broker.

The north-west London-based online bridging introducer has recently launched and generates enquiries through organic and paid search on Google and Bing.

Customers will be able to request a quote through the online form that will be reviewed immediately by the team at Brightstar, who will then recommend the correct form of finance.

Bridging Loan Hub was developed by digital marketing specialist Daniel Tannenbaum and acts as an introducer for bridging, development and auction finance.

“I am delighted to be working with Brightstar,” said Daniel.

“They have built an incredible network in the bridging sector and have won a number of industry awards.

“I am pleased to be recommending their services to our customers, who will be able to access the most effective and affordable finance to suit their requirements.”

Customers can apply for bridging finance ranging from £50,000 to £25m through bridgingloanhub.co.uk as well as compare rates from around 30 lenders in the UK.

“We are delighted to partner with Bridging Loan Hub, who see the benefit in dealing with a firm who are able to source from a comprehensive panel of specialist bridging lenders, with access to market-leading rates,” said Kit Thompson, director of short-term lending at Brightstar (pictured above).

“Brightstar is also fully FCA authorised and takes care of the entire advice process, backed-up with evidence of research from its award-winning EasySource system to help ensure customers receive the best possible outcome every time.”
