London Money launches commercial finance arm

London Money has announced the launch of a new commercial finance arm.

London Money Commercial will source commercial mortgages, development and asset finance, as well as invoice discounting and loans to pensions for businesses in London and the South East.

The new arm will be run by London Money director Martin Stewart (pictured above) and Darren Willoughby, who will remain a director of business finance brokerage 2XL Commercial.

“I am delighted that we have added another piece to the London Money jigsaw,” said Martin.

“We have made a difference to brokers in the secured loan market with the launch of London Money Loans [and] believe we can do the same for commercial lending.

“The professionals who introduce their clients to us can be assured that they will receive a first-class service.

“We will leave no stone unturned in finding the right solution for their commercial finance needs.”

London Money Commercial will run a series of masterclasses informing brokers, advisers and professional connections of the options available to their clients.

The firm will target introductions from mortgage brokers, financial advisers, accountants and solicitors in London and the South East, as well as accepting enquiries directly from business owners.

“London Money Commercial is a natural extension of my role at 2XL Commercial and will give brokers, advisers and other professionals in London another option for their client’s commercial finance needs,” added Darren.

“We believe there is a huge knowledge gap among our target market and if we can fill it, we will help businesses secure the commercial finance they need to expand and enter new markets.”
