Users of the MortgageKeeper system will soon be able to benefit from the sourcing system within the Avelo Trigold software, after an integration agreement between the two was signed last week.
The CommercialKeeper and MortgageKeeper systems, developed alongside the NACFB, are administration systems that provide client management and lead handling solutions to finance professionals.
The agreement with Avelo also enables users of the MortgageKeeper, CommercialKeeper and Senro system to benefit from Avelo’s web tools, which enables users to upgrade or enhance their company websites.
Speaking on the integration of the two systems, Dave Miller, Head of Portal at Avelo, said:, “This agreement provides users across all eKeeper systems with the opportunity to streamline their processes and harness technology to do what it does best – freeing up time for intermediaries to spend with clients and building revenue streams. We see the affiliation as an exciting, strategic development for both businesses. We look forward to working with MortgageKeeper and supplying their clients with software that will create efficiencies across their businesses.
CommercialKeeper, part of the eKeeper Group, was re-launched by Business Secretary, Vince Cable on Monday, as part of an initiative to connect the SMEs and commercial brokers.
Mr Cable unveiled the Business Finance Directory which allows 210,000 small and medium sized businesses to connect with NACFB members, via the technological portal.
CommercialKeeper sends an email to a broker; the second a business request has been submitted, with details of the lead appearing as an alert on the broker’s Commercial Keeper CRM system. The broker will then be encouraged to contact the lead immediately, as most NACFB members will have CRM or lead systems already powered by Commercial Keeper. This means that the lead details, plus any follow up action taken by the broker, will immediately populate their CRM system.
MortgageKeeper, largely similar, is a back office administration and CRM system designed with mortgage advisers and used by mortgage advisers. It supports every type of financial business including mortgages, insurance, protection, pensions and investments. The MortgageKeeper workflow system helps manage the whole sales process and follow up, flagging up actions, opportunities and renewals.
Speaking on the benefits of the system, Rick Watkin, Managing Director of the eKeeper group, said: “This is a revolutionary new system that will put small and medium sized businesses that are members of the FSB, directly in touch with the brokers that can give them the funding that they need. Access to business funding has been one of the key factors that has held back growth of the economy in the past few years, so this system should be a really positive factor to increase business expansion and help to power the UK economy back to a position of positive growth.”
Adam Tyler, Chief Executive of the NACFB said: “The NACFB wasn’t set up to provide brokers with leads or to extend a hand directly to small businesses. But we have grown over the last 21 years, and we are delighted to be able to create such an ambitious lead generation scheme and to start playing such a big part in enabling commercial funding.
