Brilliant Solutions appoints bridging lender to panel

Brilliant Solutions, which is part of the financial services distributor Exclusive Connections Ltd, has extended its whole of market bridging panel with the appointment of Masthaven Bridging Finance. 

Brilliant Solutions is said to be pressing ahead with its strategy of researching the best product providers and appointing them to their panel for the use of existing members of Exclusive Connections and Brilliant Mortgage club members.
 
Matthew Arena, managing director of Brilliant Solutions has said: “In these challenging times, it’s critical that we offer our members access to lenders who can not only offer cutting edge products, but are committed and focused on supporting the mortgage intermediary. Masthaven are a welcome addition to our panel, which will enable our Mortgage Desk to offer further choice of short term funding solutions.”
 
Masthaven has been operating as a principal lender since it was established in 1983. During this period they have experienced every aspect of bridging finance, thus ensuring that they provide high quality advice. Described as innovative lenders, one of their key focuses remains looking to build long term relationships with intermediaries.
