Bridging lender reintroduces broker training seminars

Short term specialist lender Cheval has announced that it is reintroducing its broker training seminars, with the first session due to take place at its Watford offices on Thursday 25^th February 2010. The seminar will commence at 10.30am and lunch will be served afterwards.

The seminar is aimed at those financial intermediaries who are unfamiliar with bridging and the opportunities that it can provide for both clients and introducers, as well as for those who simply want a refresherabout bridging loans.

Cheval’s National Sales Manager, Gareth Lewis, said: “I am very excited about hosting our first seminar of the year. While the last two years have been difficult for intermediaries and lenders, there are definite signs that activity is increasing. As a result, one of Cheval’s top priorities for 2010 is to introduce and welcome those brokers that have never used bridging before, as well as re-familiarising those brokers who are experienced in bridging.”

In keeping with their “stress-free” ethos, Cheval’s offices are located opposite Watford Junction mainline station which is only a 20 minute fast train ride from Euston. Parking is available both at the station and on adjacent premises.
