Development lender becomes FCA regulated

Manford Securities & Investments Ltd (MSI) has revealed it has become regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

MSI is a private firm that specialises in providing principal finance to private and corporate clients for real estate developments, bridging and commercial requirements.

The lender claims to be unique in that it is fully funded by the shareholders of the company themselves with Alaster Dibbo, co-owner, and Marc Fox, co-owner and new business director, being involved in finance and property development for a combined total of over 50 years.

Marc said that over the last 10 years the lender has successfully built strong relationships in the development sector of the Home Counties.

“With full FCA regulation this now adds further lending capabilities within our sector of development finance.

“MSI typically funds development opportunities of between one to 10 units of housing and apartment schemes.”

MSI continues to support clients who have difficulty accessing traditional funding sources.

It specialises in real estate development finance, purchase and renovation projects, portfolio purchases, auction purchases, business asset purchases, commercial and residential mortgages, and land acquisitions.

MSI is also an association member of the Association of Bridging Professionals.
