In a further bid to get Britain building, development lender Regentsmead will be holding a conference in conjunction with warranty provider Checkmate for property professionals.

Following the success of its inaugural conference in 2014, Regentsmead has decided to repeat the event on June 4th at Checkmate’s HQ in Houndsditch.

The event, which will include a variety of speakers on topics across the whole development spectrum, is set to attract over 200 developers and property professionals

“We are delighted to be rerunning the seminar we did last year, albeit in a slightly different format. The feedback we had from last year was superb with some 60 developers in the room that day,” announced James Bloom, Chief Executive of Regentsmead.

“Remarkably we have had over 200 registrants for this year’s including some existing clients so hopefully we can deliver some really useful nuggets for them to take away.”

Legal experts Prettys, Jason Fayers of tax specialists Scrutton Bland, Pete Halsall of the Good Homes Alliance and David Craddock of EBS Elk, a specialist in offsite timber frame manufacturing systems, will be giving their expert insights at the event, after which James will give an update on the development finance market.

The seminar will end with lunch and time for networking.

“…We hope this is yet another step in our bid to help get Britain building,” added James.

Alex Lyons, Sales Director at Checkmate, concluded: “After last year’s event we knew straight away that we would want to repeat the One Stop Shop.

“Momentum has really picked up over the last couple of months and the uptake has been fantastic.

“We have managed to put some quality speakers together and we’re delighted to be working with Regentsmead again on this event.”
