The bridging and development finance lender has appointed Neil Elvish to cover the M4 corridor and Midlands.
Neil brings 16 years of experience to Oblix, which includes working in both the traditional and specialist lending sectors, and joins from Crystal Specialist Finance.
Neil is hoping to maximise his existing broker relationships, as well as having big plans to develop new working relationships and take over those already established with Oblix.
