Hope Capital has stepped up its expansion plans with the appointment of a new Business Development Manager…

Paul Gammond joins the bridging lender to assist with the growth, both in quality and quantity, of the business from partners, brokers and introducers.

Paul previously worked as an associate director at Superbridge Ltd and at Lloyds Banking Group as branch manager but returned to bridging in 2014 to work for Bridging Finance Solutions.

Commenting on his new role, Paul said he was excited to be joining a company which had great products and was keen to lend.

“Since returning to the sector I have travelled the country and met some great brokers and clients,” said Paul.  

“I am very much looking forward to my next challenge with Hope Capital: growing the business, building valuable relationships and helping many more peoples’ property dreams come true.”

Jonathan Sealey, Chief Executive of Hope Capital, said he was looking for someone with contacts who could build good, long-standing, relationships and understood how important service was when dealing with short term lending.

“Paul’s appointment is crucial to the development of our business to ensure we can continue to help more people with the short term finance they need,” said Jonathan.

“Increasing deal flow is key to this and through his industry connections Paul is perfectly placed to help Hope Capital achieve its goals.
