Masthaven Bridging Finance has launched an online broker guide to ensure introducers are up-to-date with all things bridging and commercial.

The interactive broker guide includes information such as key contact details, a product matrix and details on residential and commercial bridging loans.

The guide launched by the bridging finance lender also covers development and refurbishment finance.

Neil Molyneux, Head of Sales and Marketing at Masthaven Bridging Finance explained the pack was designed after lengthy conversations with several key introducers.

“Lenders produce a large amount of literature but it tends to be located in several different areas. This is not user friendly for the introducer.  

“We wanted to produce an electronic document that contains everything a broker could need,” Neil said.

“Our Online Broker Guide contains contact details, plan pages, fees scales and all of the standard documentation we use.

Masthaven revealed major changes to its product range last month in order to further its reach into new areas of business.

This included enhancing its lending to UK nationals living overseas, lending to non-UK registered companies, second charge renovation and expanding its loan size criteria to £5 million.

Masthaven is also set to unveil more product innovations over the next 12 months.
