Regentsmead gearing up for double fixture

Such is the overwhelming response to Regentsmead’s one-stop-shop event for developers next week; the venue has already needed to be tripled in size in order to accommodate all registrations.

However, Regentsmead is confident it can once again raise the bar and help educate potential and existing clients on the current market, and maybe even do a little business.

This Thursday will see nearly 100 developers and property specialists descend on London’s Houndsditch at Checkmate’s HQ – the impressive St. Botolph building.

Regentsmead’s CE, James Bloom, commented: “We are delighted to be sharing the floor with Checkmate and being able to speak directly to clients and hopefully educate them on the exceptionally fast and flexible service that Regentsmead offer. We have a few surprises in store and if the feedback can be anywhere near as positive as previous seminars we have put on its safe to say it would have been a resounding success. We hope these increased channels of communication with the developer world will mean stronger projects and more high quality homes for the population. We hope that this day will be an integral part of our 80th year celebration.”

Since it announced the seminar in January, Regentsmead has been overwhelmed by the demand for this latest seminar. This is the first time the lender has put on an event directly for potential clients and is another addition to a long line of innovations. Speakers include Jane Duncan, President elect of RIBA, as well as Paul Cooper, MD of leading warranty provider Checkmate, which boasts 25 years’ experience in latent defects.

There are still a few places remaining for this eagerly anticipated event. Registration can be done using the following link: https://www.regentsmead.com/regentsmead-events.html

Developers and brokers alike can also look forward to Tuesday, when Regentsmead launches a new industry newsletter, New Developments, in conjunction with Bridging & Commercial.
